Hansel and Gretel is a brand-new adaptation of an old fairytale like only Spektrum Children’s Theatre can do it.

Like most fairytales this one also contains a nasty Stepmother, who is anything but pleasant to poor Hansel and Gretel. She leaves them in the forest hoping that they won’t find their way home. Luckily the children find shelter in a house made entirely of candy, but all is not as it seems! The children need all their wits about them as the owner of the sugary shelter, an evil witch, enters the picture with plans to have the children as a meal. Handy Andy is on the scene to help, but will he be able to save the children from the clutches of the witch, or will he end up on her dinner plate himself?
